Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payments Service Agreement: By booking a service, the Client agrees to the terms of the Master Service Agreement and (if applicable) the Deer Recovery Addendum. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service arrival. Travel Fees: A service fee of $350 covers travel within 30 miles of Medina County. Travel beyond 30 miles will be invoiced at $1.00 per mile round trip. 2. No Guarantee of Results Best Efforts: Client understands that payment is for professional time, specialized equipment (thermal/visual cameras), and best efforts. Outcome: Racks & Tails Drone Service cannot guarantee that any search will locate a deer, pet, livestock, or any other subject. No refunds will be issued if the search subject is not located. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Client Cancellation: If you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $250 will be charged. Weather & Safety: The Pilot in Command (PIC) has the final authority to delay or cancel a flight due to weather, airspace restrictions (FAA), or safety concerns. Rescheduling: If a flight is cancelled by the Company due to safety/weather, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is impossible, any deposit (minus actual travel expenses) will be refunded. 4. Deer Recovery Rules (Strict Compliance) Next-Day Rule: Neither the Client nor their hunting party may discharge a weapon to hunt the targeted deer until the calendar day after the drone search is completed. Legal: Company does not assist in taking game. If a wounded animal is found, the Client is responsible for contacting the local game warden if necessary. 5. Permissions & Liability Property Access: Client warrants they have obtained all necessary permissions to fly over and access the properties involved. Liability: Company’s total liability for any claims is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific job.
